2 Copy of IC both sides
3 Copy of salary slip 2 months
4 Copy of bank statement latest 2 months
5 Auto debit form for bank(MBB>CIMB>RHB>and ALLIANCE) signed
6 Payment(Registration fee + 1 month advance rental fee)

For Individual using Credit Card Rental Case
1 Sales Order Form signed
2 Auto Debit Form for credit card signed
3 Motto Form Signed with all the details of credit card and amount
4 Copy of IC both sides
5 Copy of credit card both sides

Individual Outright Case
1 Sales Order signed
2 Cheque in the name of Woongjin Coway M Sdn Bhd

Individual 0%Installment Case
1 Sales Order Signed
2 Copy of IC Both sides
3 Copy of Credit card both Sides
4 0% Installment Form filled up then please call respective bank tell them merchant id and get approval Code.
(dont forget to ask name of the officer you spoke to)



FOR Rental For Enterprise,agency,partnership
VIA BANK ACCOUNT:
1 Sales order form chop and signed
2 Direct Debit Service Application Form Chop and signed
3 Form B&D to check name,must match applicant
4 Copy of IC Both sides of Business Owner
5 Copy of bank account front or current a/c statement photocopy for auto debit purposes.
6 Income proof Latest 3 months Current account statement-company or personal account as long as can proof income
7 applicants Business card if possible
For Rental Enterprise,agency,partnership
VIA CREDIT CARD
1Sales order form chop and sign 
2 Direct/Credit card auto debit form
3 Credit card authorization form(MOTTO)
first payment must be made tru MOTTO form
4 Form B&D check name must match applicants name
5 Copy of IC and Credit card back and front
6 Biz Card if Possible
For Rental -SDN BHD & BHD1 Sales Order chop and signed
2 PO or Letter of acceptance chop and signed
3 Form 9.24,49 check paid up capital above 250k
IF less then 250k get The UNDERTAKING LETTER signed by company director
and Bank account statement if the capital less then 250k
4 Business card
